Non-Refundable Donation Policy

Thank you for supporting the sacred mission of Womb of the Ancient Sun Ministry and Healing Sanctuary. As a faith-based, non-commercial ministry, your donations help sustain our spiritual work, healing services, sacred teachings, and offerings to the community.

All Donations Are Final and Non-Refundable

All financial contributions made through our website—whether in the form of one-time donations, recurring donations, session contributions, or spiritual gift donations—are treated as charitable offerings in support of our ministry’s religious and spiritual purposes.

By completing a donation or booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
You are not making a purchase of goods or services, but contributing in support of our sacred work.
You understand that no material return is guaranteed, and outcomes of spiritual sessions, blessings, or products are divinely guided.

Mentorship Terms & Conditions

Active Participation Requirement:
Mentorship subscriptions are time-based containers that require active participation. Sessions are to be scheduled and used within the active subscription period.

Expiration of Sessions
Any unused sessions within the subscription period will expire at the end of that billing cycle unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Client Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the client to schedule sessions, communicate availability, and request any necessary rescheduling within the active subscription period.

Inactive Periods
Extended periods of inactivity (14+ days without communication or session attendance) may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions within that subscription cycle.

Pausing Subscriptions
If a client requires time away, it is their responsibility to request a pause prior to or during the subscription period. Pauses are not retroactively applied.

Extensions
Any extension of sessions beyond the original subscription period is offered at our discretion as an act of grace and does not alter the original agreement. Extensions do not qualify sessions for refunds.

Refund Policy
As stated in our Donation Policy, all offerings are non-refundable. This applies to subscription-based mentorship as well.

Agreement
By enrolling in a mentorship subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in addition to our Booking Policy & Donation Agreement.

Spiritual Sessions & Digital Offerings

Sessions and digital products (e.g., sound meditations, guided recordings, sacred downloads) are offered in exchange for a donation and are also non-refundable once access has been granted or the session has been held or missed.

If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice, your donation is still considered a sacred offering and is not subject to refund or transfer (see our Cancellation Policy).

Recurring and Gift Donations

Recurring donations can be paused or canceled at any time via your donor account or by contacting us directly, but past donations are non-refundable.
Gift donations made on behalf of another are also final and non-refundable.

Legal and Spiritual Standing

As a 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based ministry, we are exempt from federal income tax and operate outside the jurisdiction of commercial regulatory bodies. Your donation supports religious, spiritual, and charitable purposes in alignment with our divine calling.
