Cancellation Policy
Full-Day Sacred Ceremony Stewardship Booking & Preparation Policy Womb of the Ancient Sun Ministries and Healing Sanctuary Booking Policy - Ceremonies must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance. - Two spiritual consultations (60–75 minutes each) are included and required before ceremony. - Intake and intention forms must be completed and reviewed prior to the first planning session. - Destination locations require coordination and may involve a site consultation if feasible. Donation & Travel - Suggested Donation: $777–$3,500 depending on the nature of the ceremony, distance traveled, customizations, and preparation depth. - Travel, lodging, and an honorarium are required for destination services. - All donations are sacred offerings and are non-refundable. - Custom ceremony materials or keepsakes (scrolls, oils, anointing packages) may be added as separate offerings. Preparation Guidelines - Prophetess Caroline prayerfully crafts the ceremony and will guide all spiritual preparations. - Participants are expected to treat the process as a sacred rite and prepare accordingly (fasting, prayer, reflection). - The ceremonial space must be clean, private, and spiritually grounded. - Ceremonial garments, sacred objects, and altar setup will be discussed as needed. Rescheduling & Cancellations - Minimum 5 days’ notice required for cancellations or major changes. - Travel expenses already incurred may not be refundable. - Weather or unexpected delays will be handled in prayer and communication for rescheduling. - The ministry reserves the right to postpone or cancel based on spiritual misalignment or emergency. Sacred Conduct - This is a full sacred rite, not an event production. All involved must maintain reverence and spiritual readiness. - Photography, music, and participation of others must be aligned and pre-approved. - Any misuse of the sacred space or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of the facilitation. “True ceremony bends time and touches eternity.
