I got to experience walking through with Stella a beautiful space of the Nervous System reset. In going through this space it opened up my clairaudience and she cleared out stuck energy and balanced my chakras. It opened up my clarity and ability to hear my spirit team and communicate on a deeper level which has been amazing to experience. Walking me through a meditation to relax and feel into the awareness of the energy of my body. She also communicated the details of how the chakras are all connected in a way I understand and techniques to do this on my own to help reset my nervous system and energy to be aware of.
